MEET AND GREET
J.P: Hey Babs, you're originally from Nigeria, right? What was it like growing up there?
B.O: Yes, I was born and raised in Nigeria. Growing up there was so much fun, it’s a very vibrant country and the culture is amazing!
J.P: When did you begin modelling and what was your first job?
B.O: At the age of about 12, while I was studying in Nigeria. I would do photoshoots at the weekends and sometimes even after school during the week. It got a bit overwhelming at some point- balancing both- and then I moved here at the age of about 16. My first modelling job was actually a runway show for a children's clothing brand in Nigeria called Ruff n Tumble.
J.P: Who is your biggest influence in life?
B.O: My biggest influence in life would be my Mum. She really is my rock in every way and her determination and word of encouragement always keep me going!
J.P: Who is your biggest influence in fashion?
B.O: Biggest influence in fashion, this one is a bit tricky because my style changes depending on my mood, the season, day etc. But off the top of my head would be Kanye West, Asap Rocky, Kim Kardashian, the list can go on….
J.P: Finally, what is your favourite F-Word ?
B.O: Fun.
